The Local Hand is the trading name of Jean Bigaignon, a sole trader. Nicolas is the name Jean Bigaignon uses professionally and in his day-to-day dealings with customers.

Some customer correspondence is retained within our business email history. We periodically review information held and delete information that is no longer required.
